Emailed NOC / Approval from owner to "mktsupport@cbswap.ae" (screenshot of email is accepted)

Give me default sizes, no custom requirement.

Inlcude my photo in the sign.

Mention the property is "EXCLUSIVE" in the sign.

Other Comments

Terms & Conditions:
1. It is solely the responsibility of the agent to keep track of the yard signs they order and ensure they are returned to either their branch coordinator/Marketing Department.
2. Agents are required to inform the branch coordinator/Marketing Department of the location where the stand is placed.
3. In case of any damage/loss of the sign board/banners, the Agent will be charged AED 200 per stand.
4. Agents are expected to return the stand within 3 months (in case of For Rent stands) and within 6 months (in case of For Sale stands)
5. If the stand is moved to a new location, either the branch coordinator/Marketing department should be informed so they can update the location in the tracking sheet.
6. NOC or Approval of the property owner is mandatory in writing for placement of the yard sign and it is the Agent's responsibility to procure this.
